Services

We offer before and after care services for school-aged children. Transportation services can be added in order for your child to be picked up and/or dropped off at school. Review the Pick-up/Drop-off section on this page for educational institutions that are part of the program.

Before Care Hours 6:00 am – 9:00 am

• Breakfast is included
• Homework/study time is allotted

After Care Hours 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Extended Care Hours 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

• Snacks are provided
• Homework/study time is allotted

Tutoring can also be added to package

Transportation services are available for school-age children. Your student can be transported to and from Tayac Elementary and Isaac J. Gourdine Middle schools by Prince George’s school bus system.

We also service Avalon Elementary and Apple Grove Elementary. However, there is a transportation fee to utilize our bus service for pick-up and drop off to Avalon Elementary and Apple Grove Elementary.

Please note that Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions are in place, so bus seating may be limited.

Parents can combine this service with Before and/or After Care to ensure their children leave CLC, Inc. in the morning and return to the center in the afternoon.

Summer camp enrollment is OPEN!

We are adding more fun to Chris’ Learning Center, Inc. for the summer. We have a full schedule of activities from June to August to provide your child with a worthwhile excitement-filled experience. Some activities include:

• Water play
• Engaging with the arts (i.e., painting, drawing, etc.)
• Indoor/Outdoor games that involve teamwork
• Scavenger hunts
• Show & Tell
• Music/Singing
• Puppetry and MORE!!!

Every year is a different experience that expands your child’s cognitive and social skillsets. We’re looking forward to another exciting summer!

Sometimes children need extra help with school subjects. At CLC, Inc. we offer tutoring services for school-age kids no matter the grade. Our tutoring professionals understand that some school subjects can be frustrating. Thus, our patient instructors will assess and then help students through those tough subjects by making learning fun and creative.
